Chat For 60:
Please note this bundle is for voice calls - video calls are excluded.
The bundle is only available to Prepaid, Top Up subscribers.
The bundle excludes Prepaid 79c customers, Contract customers and Community Services SIMs.
The bundle entitles customers to purchase one Chat For 60 a day, thus seven Chat For 60 bundles per week.
One bundle can be purchased a day, i.e. 60 minutes worth of voice airtime (measured on a per minute basis) on calls made to any network on the day the bundle is purchased, subject to these terms, conditions and exclusions
The Chat For 60 bundle costs R12 (incl. VAT).
Once a customer has used up the 60 voice minutes they will begin paying again for voice calls made to any network numbers at their current price plan rate. Thus, if a customer's Chat For 60 bundle runs out while on a call, the customer will be billed at their applicable price plan
Discounted Vodacom4Less rates and redeemed Talking Points discounted rates will not be applicable while bundle is active.
All unused minutes will expire every day at midnight on the day of purchase. Call types that qualify for Chat For 60:
Vodacom to any network voice calls.
Callback to Vodacom (to any SA network)
Call forwarding to Vodacom (to any SA network)
Through-Connect to Vodacom (to any SA network)
Conference calls to Vodacom (to any SA network)
The following call types are excluded from the service:
Roaming calls
International calls
Video calls (to all networks)
Call Sponsor
VAS calls
Reverse Charge
SMS, MMS, Data, SVS
General Service calls

The voice bundle is valid for 60 minutes from the time of activation
The voice bundle offers unlimited Vodacom to Vodacom and Vodacom to other networks voice calls for the activity period of the bundle

Customers can purchase unlimited Chat Now 60 voice bundles
If customers buy multiple voice bundles of the same type then the bundle amounts will get added up and validity of the total amount will be the validity of the last bundle purchased
Once a bundle is purchased, a customer cannot cancel the purchase
If a prepaid customer converts to postpaid/Top up, any existing bundles will be forfeited
If a customer number is deactivated from the network, any existing bundles will be forfeited
This is a Consumer product and may only be used by an end-user (that is a natural person) to make calls or send SMS messages to another end-user (that is a natural person), with the intention to facilitate a personal communication between such end-users.
The bundles may not be used for commercial purposes or as part of any bulk SMS sending service. Any use of this offer outside of what is considered reasonable for private, non- commercial use, and in instances through mechanisms and means not intended for personal use or the anticipated purpose of the offer, will be considered as abuse.
Vodacom reserves the right to suspend the service in the event of suspected abuse where non-compliant devices as specified by the regulating body ICASA are being used on the Vodacom network.

Chat Combo 60+60
The Chat Combo bundle is inclusive of 60MB data and 60 minute voice components.
The Chat Combo bundles will be available to the entire Prepaid base (excluding Prepaid 79c-subscribers are excluded as per the Prepaid 79c business rules) as well as Top-Up and uChoose customers.
Contract and Community Services SIMs are excluded.
All pre-loaded starter packs will be able to purchase a Chat Combo bundle from their available airtime balance.
Unlimited Chat Combo bundles can be purchased in a day.
Chat Combo bundle calls apply to all South African networks (any- net).
After buying the service and being billed successfully, the customer will not be billed for a cumulative period of one hour (60 minutes) for any-net calls or for cumulative usage of 60MB data.
Calls for this bundle will be depleted on a per minute (60/60) basis for a cumulative period of 60 minutes.
Once the 60 voice minutes has been depleted customers will be charged at their current price plan rate.
Vodacom4Less customers will not receive call discounts while they have active Chat Combo bundle minutes. This bundle supersedes V4L discounts.
Talking Points (Loyalty) call discounts will be applicable only after the Chat Combo bundle has been depleted, if the customers redeemed for them previously.
Unused Chat Combo bundle data balance will expire at 23:59 on the day of purchase and will not carry over.
Once the 60MB data bundle is depleted, customers will be charged at their current price plan OOB data rate.
If a customer with an active Chat Combo bundle elects to Free Change to another Vodacom Prepaid Price Plans, the existing Chat Combo bundle will carry over except when Free Changing to Prepaid 79c. In this instance the bundle will be forfeited.
Prepaid or Top Up/uChoose customers who convert to contract will lose any unused bundle minutes when migrated.

Vodacom reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and where such change is material, Vodacom will provide you with reasonable prior written notice before implementing the change
