Terms and Conditions

1. By taking up the Integrated bundle offer, you agree to the below terms and conditions.
2. This bundle will be available on promotion from the 12 February 2025 - 12 May 2025.
3. The integrated bundle is only available to NXT LVL Prepaid and Hybrid Vodacom customers
4. The integrated bundle offers customers a combination of any network minutes and all access data to be used on the Vodacom network. The bundle comprises of 1GB of data and unlimited minutes at a cost of R19.
5. The unlimited voice minutes of the bundle carries with it a Fair Usage Limit of 500 mins. Thereafter, out of bundle rates will apply applicable to your tariff unless you have other active voice bundles or choose to buy another voice bundle.
6. The Integrated bundle will be available through self-service channels by dialling *123# on USSD and Vodapay App under the NXT LVL menu.
7. The bundle will be available to you from time of confirmation of purchase and valid for one day. One day bundles expire at (23h59:59) of the same day.
8. Bundles can be purchased using airtime, credit cards or Airtime Advance.
9. You can check your bundle balances by dialling *135#, and choosing the “Balance” option in the menu, or by using the VodaPay App.
10. The validity of a data bundle can be extended by purchasing another bundle of the same size & validity before the existing bundle is depleted or expired.
11. If you purchased a data bundle and the bundle expires before the bundle is depleted, data usage will continue at the out of bundle rate, applicable to the tariff.
12. If you have an active bundle that has depleted but not expired, all data usage will be stopped by default or, you will only be able to use data at out of bundle rates if you have opted in to current out-of-bundle data charges.

14. Vodacom reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and where such change is material Vodacom shall provide you with reasonable prior written notice before implementing such change.
15. You may only use the service for personal use. You may not use the service for commercial purposes, nor may you use it to set up as a personal hotspot. Vodacom reserves the right to suspend the Service if in the opinion of Vodacom, you misuse or abuse the Service in any way whatsoever.
16. In the event that any of your user data is collected whilst using Service, the user data will be stored for as long as Vodacom is legally required to and in accordance with Vodacom's Privacy Statement, www.vodacom.co.za/vodacom/terms/privacy-policy. If there is no legal requirement, the collected information will only be stored for as long as it is needed for Vodacom to be able to provide the Service and has a legitimate interest in processing such user data.
17. Vodacom reserves the right to terminate the Services immediately and without notice to you if the Service is held to be or becomes unlawful in terms of applicable laws. In such event you hereby waive any rights which you may have against Vodacom and acknowledge that you will have no recourse or claim of any nature whatsoever against Vodacom.
