Vodacom Fibre Broadband Black November Promotion Summary
These additional terms and conditions that are set out below shall apply to the Vodacom Fibre Broadband Black November promotional offer for an option to purchase specific additional devices in conjunction with the activation of a Vodacom Fibre Broadband Service order (“Add on Deal Promotional Offer”). The Promotional Offer shall be made available to New Fibre subscribers that order and subsequently activate a Vodacom Fibre Broadband Service from 7th November 2024 to 5th December 2024, both days inclusive (“Promotional Period”).

Vodacom Fibre Broadband Black November Add on Deal Promotion Terms and Conditions
2.1 The Promotional Offer may not be activated in conjunction with the following Fibre offers on existing services:
2.1.1 Migrations, Contract Renewals and Relocations of the Fibre Service.
2.2 Vodacom reserves the right to amend the terms of the Promotional Offer as required at any time during the Promotional Period. Such amendments will be duly communicated to the channels and customers and be available on the Vodacom website.
2.3 The devices to which the Promotional Offer relates are as follows:

2.4 The subscriber can select only one Add on Deal per New Fibre Order
For clarity: Only 1 TV or 1 PS5 per New Fibre Order. A TV and PS5 cannot be selected.
2.5 The TV Promotional Offer is subject to successful credit vetting and the subscriber entering a contract for a period of twenty-four (24)-months for a Vodacom Fibre Broadband Service. The customer must have a valid TV license to be eligible to purchase a TV deal.
For Clarity: To be eligible for the TV Deals the order must be a New Fibre order on a 24 month contract. The TV deal can be on a 24 month or 36 month contract and this runs independently of the Fibre contract term.
2.6 The TV Promotional Offer has a specific voucher redemption process that the customer will need to follow to have the TV delivered.
For clarity: Vodacom will deliver a voucher to the customer and upon confirmation of a valid TV license and redemption of the TV voucher, the supplier will deliver the TV to the customer.
For the avoidance of doubt, the onus is on the customer to ensure they have a valid TV license prior to purchasing the TV deal.
2.7 The Promotional Offer on the other devices (PS5, Laptop and Mi) is subject to successful credit vetting and the subscriber entering a contract for a period of either twenty-four (24)-months, 12 months or a month to month contract for a Vodacom Fibre Broadband Service.
For Clarity: To be eligible for the Laptop, PS5 or Mi device the order must be a New Fibre order on any contract term. The deal can be on a 24 month or 36 month contract and this runs independently of the Fibre contract term.
2.8 The subscriber will be required to sign up for a separate contract for the purchase of the additional device on either a twenty-four (24)-month or thirty-six (36)-month contract term as indicated in the table above. A separate invoice will be sent to the customer for the Add on Deal.
2.9 The availability of the deal device is subject to stock availability, and Vodacom does not guarantee that the device shall be available at the point of sale, or upon creating the order or after the subscriber’s order has been approved.
2.10 Should a device not be available, Vodacom shall contact the customer to offer an alternative device. If an alternative is not acceptable to the subscriber, the cost of the additional device shall be excluded from the Promotional Offer and the subscriber shall only be liable for the costs associated with the activation of a Vodacom Fibre Broadband Service.
2.11 The current terms and conditions relating to Vodacom Terminals Processes (available at: https://www.vodacom.co.za/vodacom/terms/terms-and-conditions ) and that addresses device delivery, device warranty and cancellations shall be applicable to the additional device that is available as part of the Promotional Offer.
2.12 The terms and conditions for the cancellation of Vodacom Fibre Broadband Services (including provisions that relate to clawbacks) are applicable to the additional devices that are taken up as part of the Promotional Offer. For the avoidance of doubt, if a subscriber cancels their services prior to their activation and/or after an order has been activated and the additional device has been delivered and received by the subscriber, the subscriber shall be liable for the costs of the balance of contract for the Fibre service and the residual costs of the additional device.
2.13 Vodacom reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and where such change is material, Vodacom shall provide reasonable prior written notice.
